The Chorus 12s front derailleur by Campagnolo is precise and extremely smooth to operate. This is achieved on the one hand by the new cables and their housings and on the other hand by the design and construction of the 2 x 12 speed derailleur. The upper and lower semi-connecting rods are not connected to each other, which avoids idling and allows a more direct and responsive shifting process when shifting up. The design of the 2 x 12 speed derailleur and its angle of motion allow the use of tyres up to 32 mm wide. At the same time, the new fork design and special positions for each rear derailleur position make the front derailleur performance extremely precise and fluid.
