A growing OXiC product range: the PR 1400 DICUT® OXiC 32 Wheelset from DT Swiss
The PR 1400 DICUT OXiC 32 joins the popular PR 1400 DICUT OXiC 21 to spearhead new DT Swiss aluminium wheels. The OXiC ceramic surface coating of the wheels provides a braking performance previously unknown to rim brakes. The wide, solid rim with a medium-depth profile definitively enhances the durability and reliability of this wheel set. Increased comfort and grip are added to the handling characteristics of this wheelset when these wheels are combined with tubeless tyres.

The OXiC process is an electrochemical ceramic coating that makes the rim surfaces very hard and resistant. The result is a sleek matt black finish, which has excellent braking ability while simultaneously reduces the abrasion on the rim to an absolute minimum.

DICUT®
The RRC DICUT® line is the perfect combination of aerodynamics, technology and design. From the advanced heat-dissipating rims to the reliable Ratchet System® hubs, DICUT® wheels are high-end and made for fast times.

DT ProLock Squorx Pro Head®
The DT Squorx Pro Head nipple combines ease of assembly and lightweight. With an additional Torx and square drive. The Torx drive provides more contact surface when building wheels, which means that the torque transmitted from the tool to the nipple is better distributed. The spherical contact area in the rim guarantees perfect alignment with the spoke.

Ratchet System
The patented freehub system with high-precision star ratchets guarantees maximum load capacity and reliability. Thanks to the no-tool concept, the system is very easy and quick to maintain.

RWS
Patented wheel fastening system. Stiffer, safer and easier to use than a quick release.

Straight Pull
In order to achieve an ideal ratio of weight and stability, many DT Swiss wheels use different forms of straight pull spokes. Straight pull spokes do not need a spoke bend and thus eliminate a weak point. Nevertheless, they can be trued and replaced with standard tools.

Tubeless Ready
Tubeless Ready rims are designed for use with tubeless kits and tyres. They allow a correct fit of the tubeless rim tape (use the appropriate model!) and the tubeless tyre.
