DT Swiss XR 1700 SPLINE 25 Boost centre lock disc 29″ wheelset – durable Cross Country wheels
With the XR 1700 SPLINE wheelset from DT Swiss you equip your Cross Country bike with robust accessories. The 29″ aluminium rims are connected to the 350 hub via straight pull spokes. This hub follows the Boost standard, so your MTB can withstand stronger forces. It is also equipped with a Ratchet freehub. The two pulleys have 36 teeth, which give you good propulsion. The disc brake mount for centre lock brake rotors completes the modern standard of these wheels.

Suitable for use on rough paved and unpaved ground, with a raised riding technique and occasional drops and jumps of approx. 60 cm.

Ratchet System:
The robust and reliable star ratchets freehub system can be maintained easily and quickly. The no-tool concept contributes to this, because it allows disassembly without any tools. The freehub has two ratchets which engage simultaneously. This means that the contact surface is large and the point load is kept small, which relieves the material and allows the freehub to work particularly reliably and precisely.

SPLINE:
Straight pull hubs, straight spokes and strong rims result in a durable wheel. It can therefore be reliably used in training and competition.

Pro Lock:
The nipple thread is coated with two-component adhesive to increase the durability of the wheels. It can still be re-trued several times without any problems, but the adhesive strength decreases slightly. The connection between the spoke and nipple cannot loosen by itself.
