This electronically controlled SRAM Force AXS front derailleur shifts accurately and smoothly on your road bike with 2-speed drivetrain. It does not need a cable at all – it is best to order a rechargeable battery directly. The eTap shifting logic delivers uncomplicated, intuitive shifting. With the Yaw™ technology, no adjustment is necessary and the shifting operations are carried out directly and reliably.

SRAM’s eTap is a simple, unambiguous and intuitive shifting logic. With the shift lever on the right-hand side you move the rear derailleur inwards to a larger sprocket, with the shift lever on the right-hand side you move the derailleur outwards to a smaller sprocket. With the shift lever pressed down, you can directly shift several gears. Pressing both shift levers at the same time causes a derailleur movement in 2-speed shifting systems.

AXS™
AXS is SRAM’s electronic integration platform that combines electronic bicycle components and software. The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, change component behaviour, adjust controls, receive maintenance reminders and update firmware.

Yaw™
The Yaw technology allows trim-free shifting, as the front derailleur cage describes an arc and is therefore at a constant angle to the chain. Shifting transitions are thus more direct and precise, providing unprecedented performance when shifting up front.
