The SRAM Rival eTap AXS Front Derailleur – For 2×12-speed drivetrains on road bikes
The SRAM eTap AXS front derailleur from the Rival series is electronically controlled and shifts smoothly and directly on your road bike with 2×12-speed drivetrain. It harmonises especially with X-Range chainrings with a gradation of 33-46 or 35-48 teeth. With AXS, you can switch electronically without any wiring, and you can also adjust the switching behaviour with the help of the app. The eTap shifting logic is intuitive and allows for uncomplicated shifting. Thanks to Yaw technology, fine adjustment is unnecessary.

AXS is SRAM’s electronic integration platform that combines electronic bicycle components and software. The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, change component behaviour, adjust controls, receive maintenance reminders and update firmware.

eTap™:
SRAM’s eTap is a simple, unambiguous and intuitive shifting logic. With the shift lever on the right-hand side you move the rear derailleur inwards to a larger sprocket, with the shift lever on the right-hand side you move the derailleur outwards to a smaller sprocket. With the shift lever pressed down, you can directly shift several gears. Pressing both shift levers at the same time causes a derailleur movement in 2-speed shifting systems.

Yaw™:
The Yaw technology allows trim-free shifting, as the front derailleur cage describes an arc and is therefore at a constant angle to the chain. Shifting transitions are thus more direct and precise, providing unprecedented performance when shifting up front.
